Welcome to A Sound Seclusion! Enjoy the amazing panoramic views of Bogue Sound.

This custom built 3 level Soundfront home is located in Royall Oaks and offers a private pool (new for 2018) lighted pier, floating dock for kayak or shallow draft boat, and seating with a sunset view! Double level screened porch furnished with hammock, tables and chairs, rockers, and a swing. This is the perfect home to enjoy a quiet beach and intercoastal experience!

The ground level is home to the best hangout spot inside and out! The garage is set up as the perfect place to entertain and is also a great place to sit outside while watching the kids play basketball. The indoor lounge area is a great place to either watch TV or just sit back and relax. Just off the lounge area of this ground level is a full bath and room with a Queen bed.  All rooms are decorated in warm tones to ensure tranquility!

The next level is the main living area. You will find the well stocked kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room, and dining area all with spectacular views of the Bogue Sound. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms furnished with King beds. The master King Suite is sound front with an amazing private bath. The tranquility of this master bath is unparalleled when comparing to other rental homes.  The relaxation that the soaking tub, tiled shower, and private outside shower offer is truly an unforgettable experience! The 2nd king bedroom shares a full bath with the living area. Both of these rooms are well appointed with custom unique furniture yet spacious enough for an extended stay.

The 3rd level is the "bedroom" level. Home to the bunk room furnished with 3 sets of custom bunk beds, a really fun space to sleep 6! Although the bunk room shares a bath with the other rooms on this level each room has a private sink vanity with easy access to the the hall bath. The king and queen bedrooms are soundfront which again means panoramic views for those lucky folks! All of these rooms are delightfully decorated to make it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space!

A Sound Seclusion really is an amazing home with amazing amenities! In addition to your soundfront location the homeowner has purchased a parking pass that will make your trip to the beach that much easier!  The pass allows one car to be parked at the lot adjacent to the community walkway in the oceanfront community of Dolphin Ridge.

A $150 non refundable dog fee, per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs is required. 

Practical extras includes Private Pool, Wi-Fi, 2 refrigerators, dining seating up to 14, highchair, booster seat, gas grill, HD TV and receiver, 2 DVD players, CD player,  and 2 enclosed hot/cold outside showers. 

Rents weekly, Sunday to Sunday during the Summer Seasons. Flexible arrival/departure days during the Spring, Fall, and Winter available.
