Tucked away in the charming Spinnaker’s Reach community, Blue Moon is a thoughtfully designed beach getaway perfect for families and groups. With plenty of outdoor space, a scenic lagoon view, and easy access to the beach and community pool, this home is designed for relaxation.
The bright and airy great room features vaulted ceilings and oversized windows that fill the space with natural light. The open-concept layout creates the perfect spot for gathering, whether you're enjoying meals, playing games, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun.
On the first floor, you'll find two comfortable guest rooms:
A king bedroom with direct deck access.
A queen bedroom conveniently located near the laundry area and bathroom.
Blue Moon is also handicap-friendly, with a fully accessible ground level and easy outdoor access. Step onto the spacious screened porch, where two dining tables overlook the peaceful turtle pond—a perfect setting for al fresco meals. Out back, the deck is a great place to listen to the waves, while the front deck features a grill and sandbox for the kids to enjoy.
Upstairs, the play/entertainment loft offers a fun, separate space for younger guests, complete with toys, games, and child-friendly amenities. The second floor includes:
