DESCRIPTION:

Welcome to Magnolia Breeze! To vacation in true southern fashion, you will love this plantation-style beach home!
This Oceanside interior dog-friendly home is located minutes from the ocean access and community pool. So bring your fur baby because they deserve a vacation too! There is a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach items to the sand.
Upon entering Magnolia Breeze on the first floor you will find a tiled hallway leading into the rec room that has a TV, comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and enjoy this hang out spot. Also on this floor, you will find 2 guest rooms; both with Queen beds that share a full bath. The full size laundry area is located just inside one of these guest rooms.
The 2nd floor is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and an open layout to the well-stocked kitchen. The dining room is located off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your family. In addition to the living room, there is also a sunroom overlooking the pool with another comfortable conversation area. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this level, both furnished with Queen beds and share a hall bath.
The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Master suite...and what a suite it is! A King bed, a full bath with a soaking tub, a separate vanity for the queen of the home, a walk-in closet with a dressing area, and a vast covered porch.

As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.

The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 12-15 minute walk from Magnolia Breeze or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Gorgeous Property

Our family has vacationed in the Magnolia Breeze home for 3 summers. WE LOVE IT! The house has everything to make meals and memories with our large family. The pool is perfect and a welcome respite after a day at the beach, on our boat, or visiting the local shops and aquarium. Our family truly loves this place.

The spin team went above and beyond when our vacation had some speed bumps! They provided much needed assistance within minutes of closing and were very courteous. Spin maintenance did come and fix some items during our stay. They were fast, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend moving the third floor thermostat to the other side of wall inside the master bedroom. Due to the location in the hallways, the thermostat is reading the hot tall space and the bedroom cools to well below the desired setup, thus consuming a lot of energy.

Magnolia Breeze was so beautiful. It was huge and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The pool was perfect size warm and beautiful. The garage had extra beach chairs and floats. Our family made so many wonderful memories at the beach this year.
