A Fisherman’s Dream
Point Break is thoughtfully set up with fishing enthusiasts in mind. Quick access to some of the best surf fishing spots on Emerald Isle makes it a prime choice for anglers, especially during the fall months when fishing conditions are at their peak. The home includes a surf fishing cart for guest use and a fish cleaning station in the backyard, ensuring an easy way to enjoy your fresh catch!
Designed for Family Fun and Accessibility
Point Break has thoughtful features to ensure every generation can enjoy the beach. Beach chairs, a beach cart, and a wheelchair outfitted for the sand are provided for your convenience. While the home includes an elevator and a wheelchair, please note it is not fully handicap accessible.
Second-Floor Living with Ocean Views
As you enter the home on the second floor, a spacious living area welcomes you with breathtaking ocean views and deck access. This level includes:
A Queen guest room with private bath and ocean views.
A Bunk Room (twin/twin and twin/double) with private bath.
An additional King guest room with private bath.
Practical touches like a laundry room, half bath, and wet bar ensure your stay is as effortless as it is enjoyable.

The top floor offers an open-concept kitchen and living space with sweeping ocean views. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a large gas range, double ovens, double dishwashers, and ample seating to keep everyone connected whether preparing or enjoying a meal. This level also features:
A King Primary Suite with pool and sound views.
A Queen guest room with access to a nearby hall bath.
