DESCRIPTION:
Experience what Salty Paws has to offer! This Oceanside Interior home is located a few minutes walk or golf cart ride to the beach access and community pool.
To the back of this quaint bungalow, you will find double outdoor showers and your private pool. Bring the family's four-footed members (DOGS only max of 2) for a $150 per dog per week non-refundable pet fee charged in addition to the rental amount.
On the ground level is the garage housing the golf cart and entry to the spacious kid’s room with a twin-over double bunk. A great private area for kids and teens alike!
Up the stairs to the main level, you will find a great room with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The sizeable, well-stocked kitchen is a great plus for the chef in the family! The primary suite with a King bed and large private bath is also on this level, just off the living area. The laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is between the dining area and half bath. To the rear of the house, off the dining area, is the welcoming screened porch and sundeck overlooking the private pool and backyard.
At the top of the stairs on the 3rd level is a loft with a daybed. The guest room is to the right of the loft, offering a queen bedroom with a private bath. To the left is a guest room with twin beds and a private bath. Both rooms open to a sun deck over the screened porch, which is great for catching a few rays. Both rooms are delightfully decorated with comfort in mind! As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens are laundered between guests.
Gull Cottage is located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community. The beach access and community pool are at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This is about a 10-minute stroll to the beach or an even faster golf cart ride. Please note that the kayaks pictured are not available for guests.
