Go "Barefoot in the Sand" and feel enlightened with the sand between your toes. Family and Friends will experience an endless supply of fun and relaxation on the beach or lounging by the oceanfront private pool.
Barefoot in the Sand is a direct oceanfront home that offers a Gourmet kitchen, Game Room, and many sleeping spaces throughout its three levels.
As you walk into the ground level of Barefoot you will find a very spacious living area that is complete with a pull-out sleeper sofa, card table, TV, and many other extras. Directly through the sliding doors in this space you will find easy access to the beach walkway, private pool, outdoor shower, and shaded deck. Interested in a game of ping pong or looking for a little extra refrigerator space? If so, head into the nicely finished garage area and you will find an additional space to hang out as well as the extra refrigerator space. Just around the corner from the living room area is a guest room that offers a queen bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed. This room shares the full bath with the rec room.
As you move up to the next level you will be welcomed by amazing views and then you will delightfully settle into the gourmet, well stocked kitchen and the living room that has been reviewed by many of our guests as their "home away from home". One of the primary suites with a queen bed is just off the living room. This grand space has access to the deck as well as its own full bath with double vanities and a jacuzzi tub.
The third floor of this home is full of bedrooms, bathrooms, and ocean views! There are 2 oceanfront guest suites with King beds that have access to private, furnished balconies as well as another private suite with a queen bed. An additional guest room that doubles as a private office or a comfortable sleeping space that offers a daybed and trundle. This guest room has easy access to the hall bath. Rest assured all of the bed linens are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.
This home is located in the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach. Your beach access is private and directly from the home. I addition to the private pool there is also access to the community pool which is less than a 2 minute stroll from the home.
