Enjoy a perfect vacation in this thoughtfully decorated, two-level, new single-family home with a private pool.
The kitchen features modern amenities and all the essential equipment you need, whether preparing a quick bite or a gourmet meal. The airy and spacious open floor plan ensures the cook of the family remains part of the fun. Just off the living room, you'll find a large, comfortably furnished screened-in porch overlooking the private pool, along with a convenient half bath. Nature lovers will enjoy the plentiful bird watching and water views, which will ensure a picturesque and restful stay.
The main level hosts the primary suite, complete with a King bed, private bath, and serene pond views. Upstairs, you'll find two guest rooms, each with a Queen bed, sharing a hall bath. The second upstairs living area provides an extra space for your family or friends with additional sleeping space available thanks to a queen sized sleeper sofa. All bed linens, including comforters, are laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise.
Enjoy outdoor grilling and dining while lounging at your private pool. A short, seven-minute walk, and you will have your toes in the sand via a community beach access point. A picnic area and community pool is also just a short stroll or bike ride away, less than 0.4 miles down the neighborhood street. You can easily rent bikes or a golf cart from a local provider for added convenience.
