Welcome to Dune Our Thing — a bright, breezy beach retreat in the quiet Sea Dunes neighborhood of Emerald Isle, North Carolina. With ocean views, easy beach access just across the street, and light-filled living spaces, this home is the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and coastal charm.
A Spacious, Light-Filled Coastal Escape
This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is designed for both relaxation and connection. Natural light fills the open-concept living and dining area on the mid-level, where large windows frame beautiful ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and the adjacent dining space invites everyone to gather after a day in the sun. Step outside to one of the multiple decks for ocean breezes, outdoor dining, or a quiet morning coffee.
The top floor features a private primary king suite with ocean views and a spacious full bath. Just off the suite is a cozy loft sitting area that can double as a workspace — perfect for those who need a quiet moment or a remote work setup.
The mid-level includes the main living area, kitchen, and two guest bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a double/double bunk — that share a full bath, plus an additional half bath for convenience.
The first floor offers a completely private space with its own full kitchen, bedroom, and bath, plus ground-level access. It’s ideal for families or guests who enjoy a little extra privacy while still being part of the group. An interior stairwell connects all three levels.
After a day at the beach — just steps across the street — rinse off in the outdoor shower, unwind in the private hot tub, or grill up dinner on the gas grill. Multiple decks offer ample seating and dining areas for soaking up the sunshine or stargazing on warm Carolina nights.
Located down scenic Coast Guard Road, the Sea Dunes neighborhood is peaceful and filled with natural beauty — you’ll often spot deer and other Emerald Isle wildlife right outside your door.
