Welcome to your perfect beachside vacation rental! This 2-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse is tucked away on a serene tree-lined street just off Coast Guard Rd. With parking available for up to 2 cars, you can easily arrive and relax immediately. The kitchen and bathrooms were both completely remodeled during the winter of 2024 and are pictured accurately on the listing.
King and Queen beds are offered, both with their own private bathrooms… and both are located on the second floor. The mattresses are new and are sure to offer a restful nights sleep. Internet is provided and there is a large screen/streaming TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom with a King Bed.
For beach lovers, the nearest beach access is located just 0.5 miles down the road.
For those who enjoy biking, the Emerald Isle bike path is easily accessible. Hop on your bikes and easily explore the area's restaurants and attractions, all within a 2-mile radius of the house. This convenient location ensures you won't miss local hotspots and hidden gems. If you prefer to rent your wheels there are many local companies that will deliver!

We have had a lovely week in Emerald Island, as usual. We have usually stayed in one of the homes, but since it was just the two of us this year we chose to stay in a condo. It was fairly clean and comfortable, but there were a few issues. Hopefully they will be taken care of for the next guest.
| Beautiful remodeled townhouse. A very safe and quiet area, and it's pretty close to the beach. Very conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. I have stayed here twice and will be back. |
