The top floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for bringing everyone together. The family-friendly kitchen is ready for anything with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to relax and reconnect after a day at the beach or by the pool, with WiFi throughout the home to keep everyone connected.
