DESCRIPTION:
This one-level, 3-bedroom single-family home offers the perfect vacation getaway with a private pool and modern amenities. The spacious, open floor plan of the main living area allows everyone to enjoy each other’s company, with the kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and all the standard kitchen gear needed for family meals. The large screened-in porch, accessible from the living room, overlooks the private pool, and there’s also a deck with a picnic table for outdoor dining. To the left of the living room, a guest room features a king bed, while the primary guest suite, located down the hall to the right, also offers a king bed and private bath. Adjacent to this suite is another guest room with two twin beds, which shares a hall bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment, and the home’s linens, including comforters, are freshly laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise. For those needing to stay connected, the upgraded Wi-Fi ensures that work and school can continue while enjoying the beach location.
