Serenity Now is a beautiful, laid-back third-row beach house in the private, family-friendly community of Lands End, offering sweeping ocean views and a peaceful vibe. Tucked away in this gated country club setting, it’s the perfect spot for a fun, multi-family getaway. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s just a 2-minute stroll to the clubhouse, pool, and an easy-access beach ramp. The clubhouse deck is great for a relaxed lunch, and the pool area, complete with showers and restrooms, makes family beach days a breeze. You’ll also have access to private tennis and pickleball courts, plus 24/7 security for added peace of mind.
The home’s multi-level decks offer stunning water views and natural privacy, surrounded by sand dunes, trees, and lush greenery. Sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the birds and deer that roam the area.
Inside, the home is bright, open, and designed for easy living. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area keeps everyone connected, whether you’re cooking up fresh, local ingredients, enjoying a meal with ocean views, or hanging out on the deck.
Need some extra space? There’s a second living area on the main floor with high ceilings and skylights—perfect for remote work or just kicking back. With high-speed internet, staying connected is no problem. There’s also a cozy guest room with a queen bed and a large hall bathroom on this level.
Head upstairs to the master suite, your personal retreat with a king bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. The deck is the perfect spot for soaking in the breeze and those panoramic views.
Down on the entry level, you’ll find a queen guest room, a twin/twin bunk room, and a shared full bathroom. There’s also a common area with a TV, foosball table, and a full-size futon that doubles as an extra bed. A laundry area is conveniently located here too.
As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens—including comforters—are freshly laundered between guests, ensuring a clean, cozy stay.
