Serenity Now is a third-row beach home in the private, gated community of Lands End, offering ocean views, easy beach access, and a relaxed setting for extended coastal stays.
This home is exclusively available with a 14-night minimum—and it’s priced with that in mind. Guests benefit from a reduced nightly rate, essentially enjoying two weeks for the value of one. Plus, with the longer stay requirement, you have added flexibility to choose arrival and departure days that best fit your schedule.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, you’re just a short walk to the beach access, community pool, and clubhouse. Guests also enjoy access to tennis and pickleball courts, along with the peace of mind of 24/7 gated security.
The home features multiple decks with ocean views, offering space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Inside, the main level offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy, comfortable living. Just off the main space, a second living room provides additional room to spread out—featuring a shuffleboard table, along with high ceilings and natural light, making it perfect for both relaxing and remote work.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels:
Top Floor: King master suite with private deck, ocean views, and a spacious bath with jacuzzi tub
Main Floor: Queen guest room with full hall bath
Entry Level: Queen bedroom, twin/twin bunk room, full bath, and a common area with TV, foosball table, and futon for additional sleeping
A laundry area is also located on the entry level for convenience during longer stays.
As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all linens—including comforters—are freshly laundered between guests.
