Just a two-minute walk to beach access, you can have your toes in the sand or fishing lines in the surf in moments. Located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood, the home offers both privacy and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and coastal activities including boating, kayaking, and hiking nearby.
The open and airy main living area features vaulted ceilings and direct access to the front porch, creating a bright, welcoming gathering space for meals, games, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. The well-stocked kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, and a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.
