DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to The Beach House! This one-bedroom, ground-level home is a rare gem in Emerald Isle, perfect for both weekend getaways and longer stays.
The furniture has been carefully chosen for comfort and style. The kitchen has everything you need, though please note it does not have a full-sized oven. Instead, you'll find a large countertop oven, stovetop, and propane grill to cover your cooking needs. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, bed linens and towels are provided. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by a beautiful canopy of trees, creating a private and peaceful atmosphere.
Beach access and the community pool are just a short 10-minute walk away at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court, only 0.2 miles from the house. There are a couple of beach chairs and beach shade provided for your convenience.
If enjoying the casual walk is not your style there is parking available at the beach access, and the Spinnaker’s Reach Community is golf cart-friendly. Several local companies rent and deliver bikes and golf carts to the home on your arrival day.
