DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to The Beach House! This one-bedroom, ground-level home is a rare gem in Emerald Isle, perfect for both weekend getaways and longer stays.
The furniture has been carefully chosen for comfort and style. The kitchen has everything you need, though please note it does not have a full-sized oven. Instead, you'll find a large countertop oven, stovetop, and propane grill to cover your cooking needs. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, bed linens and towels are provided. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by a beautiful canopy of trees, creating a private and peaceful atmosphere.
Beach access and the community pool are just a short 10-minute walk away at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court, only 0.2 miles from the house. There are a couple of beach chairs and beach shade provided for your convenience.

We had a great time, everything was as described. Great location from the ocean but still very quiet and private. Perfect for a family with young kiddos.
Everything was so easy! Wonderful communication, clean and cozy space! Everything we could have wanted from a rental. Thanks so much for a great vacation stay.
We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is private and feels very secure. We greatly appreciated the kitchen and living room space. The bedroom and bathroom are both convenient and comfortable. One change I would ask the owners’ to make is updating the bedding in the main bedroom, but that is us being picky. The golf cart was wonderful to use to visit our family that was staying in the neighborhood as well. Overall, just a fantastic place to stay for a small family or couple!
