Welcome to Summer Winds B-233! This single-level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean-view condo in Indian Beach offers 1,079 square feet of comfortable accommodations for up to four guests. With two king bedrooms, a private balcony overlooking the ocean and community pool, convenient beach access, and an extensive collection of community amenities, this condo provides an inviting setting for a relaxing coastal vacation.
The condo’s open living area brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together in one welcoming gathering space. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy time together around the dining table, or unwind in the living room with the Smart TV. A queen sleeper sofa provides an alternative sleeping option, while WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.
Both bedrooms feature king beds. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite full bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has access to a shared full bathroom. Because the entire condo is arranged on one level, guests can easily move between the bedrooms, main living spaces, and private balcony. A building elevator provides convenient access to the unit.
Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy views of the ocean and community pool, or follow the community walkway to the beach. Summer Winds offers resort amenities for every season, including an indoor pool, three outdoor saltwater pools, kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, racquetball and basketball courts, a sauna and steam room, a video and arcade room, a snack bar and clubhouse, a fitness center, and community grilling areas.
