Welcome to Mer Sea, a charming oceanfront half duplex tucked away in a quiet beach neighborhood, perfect for a laid-back coastal getaway. With its true cottage-style feel, this 3-bedroom home offers a warm, inviting space where the beach is always just outside your door.
The top floor is designed for gathering and taking in the view. The living area offers absolutely amazing ocean views, with sand, surf, and rolling waves stretching out before you. Whether you’re enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing after a day on the beach, the setting makes it easy to settle into vacation mode. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals and snacks throughout your stay, whether you’re dining inside or spending most of your time enjoying the oceanfront decks. A half bath is also located on this level for added convenience.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two quaint oceanfront bedrooms each feature a queen bed and lovely water views, while the third bedroom includes a bunk bed, making it a great option for kids or extra guests. There are also two full baths on this level, offering a comfortable setup for families or small groups.
Outside, Mer Sea gives you even more room to relax. A shared beach walkway with the neighboring side of the duplex provides easy access to the sand, and the space underneath the home offers a shady retreat when you are ready for a break from the sun.
