Welcome to Following Seas (West), a one-of-a-kind oceanfront retreat designed for elevated group vacations in Emerald Isle. This beautifully designed side of a luxury oceanfront duplex offers spacious gathering areas, upscale furnishings, and a resort-inspired atmosphere that feels far beyond the traditional beach house experience.
Spread across three levels, the home was thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of room for both relaxation and entertainment.
The ground level is dedicated entirely to fun and relaxation with a game room and secondary living area—perfect for movie nights, game nights with pool and shuffleboard tables, kids’ hangouts, or simply unwinding after a day on the beach.
The mid-level serves as the heart of the home with an oceanfront living room, a beautifully appointed kitchen, and spacious dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and comfortably enjoy an extended stay. Also on this level are two ensuite guest rooms featuring:

While there is no physical division between the outdoor areas, the spaces are expansive and thoughtfully furnished with ample seating throughout, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
