Char’s Cozy Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanside condo in Emerald Isle, offering 1,008 square feet of comfortable, one-level living. Perfect for couples or small families, this coastal retreat sleeps up to four guests and provides an easy, relaxing home base for enjoying the Crystal Coast.
Inside, guests will find an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with updated granite countertops, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. The sleeping arrangements include a king suite with a full ensuite bathroom and a queen bedroom with access to the hall full bathroom, making the layout simple and comfortable for a small group.
Step outside to enjoy the private balcony, ocean views, and easy beach access just steps away. Guests can also take advantage of Queens Court community amenities, including the community pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, cornhole, mini golf, sand volleyball courts, and grilling stations.
