Tucked away in a quiet, low-traffic area, this home offers the perfect blend of peaceful coastal living and easy access to island amenities. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, Bonnie Dune comfortably sleeps 10–12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.
Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and end your day with soundside sunsets, all within the same unique neighborhood. Guests can enjoy shore fishing, biking through the Point, and relaxing evenings grilling and sipping drinks on the deck while listening to the ocean breeze.
Beach access is just 100 yards away, and boat trailer parking is available, adding even more convenience for coastal adventures.

On the first floor, a second sitting area provides a flexible space for kids, quiet breaks, or additional lounging, with direct access to the lower deck.
Outdoor Living
The ground level offers a grill, picnic bench, outdoor seating, and a grassy front yard—great for family games and outdoor fun after a day at the beach.
Location/Access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home. The Point is the westernmost end of the island and is known for minimal through traffic, making it ideal for biking and walking. Bike paths lead to nearby restaurants and shopping, and a short drive takes you to historic Swansboro, Fort Macon, Beaufort, or Morehead City.

The house is well appointed - everything in the kitchen and bath you might need but Jody goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with lots of little touches: tons of hooks, power strips, charging stations, and a stocked beach storage room.
