Barefoot Pelican is a newly updated, oceanview vacation home that’s perfect for bringing family and friends together in Emerald Isle. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath middle-row retreat features a private pool, reverse floor plan for maximum views, and a very short walk to the beach.

With three King bedrooms, a Twin bedroom, and a sleeper sofa, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The ground-level game room includes foosball, video games, a sleeper sofa, and a second full refrigerator—making pool days, grilling, and casual hangouts easy and fun.

The top floor is designed for gathering, with an open and airy living area, oceanview deck, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar with seating for 6. Enjoy family movie nights, meals together at the dining table, or a quiet moment with a book while taking in the coastal views. A small work nook is also available for those needing to stay connected.

Outside, you’ll find thoughtful extras, including a gas grill, outdoor fire pit, bikes, beach cart, pool toys, picnic table, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The home offers ample parking, including space for a boat trailer, and is just a short drive to the free public boat ramp.

Ideally located along the walking and biking path, Barefoot Pelican is within walking distance of beach accesses, a children’s park, and close to restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and groceries.

**Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises, directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.**
