DESCRIPTION:
The name says it all! Sanctuary offers wonderful ocean views with a private pool and easy ocean access, located in Sea Dunes. This 3rd Row home is located just up the hill from the public beach access, only a short walk, and you will have your toes in the sand!

Upon entering the ground floor, you are welcomed into a tiled foyer, and just to the right, you will find the rec room. This room is furnished with a foosball table, a sitting area with a TV, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms. One room is home to a bunk bed, while the other has just 2 twins. Both rooms are brightly decorated to ensure a cheery beach attitude! This floor is the perfect hangout for the kids!
As you head up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will discover the "bedroom" floor. There is a King master suite with deck access, a separate vanity and private toilet and shower, a room with a Queen bed with deck access that shares a bath with another room with a King bed. All of these rooms are delightfully decorated and make it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd floor is the main living area, where the view of the Atlantic Ocean is what makes this home a hidden gem! Enjoy the view and the breeze from one of the rockers offered, a sure stress reliever! The open layout of this floor creates a spacious living space so the whole family can enjoy. From relaxing in the living area or dining area to sitting at the bar in the well-stocked kitchen, you are sure to be comfortable! Also on this floor, you will find a den area with a daybed and trundle. This room can be made private by shutting the doors, and a half bath is offered as well.
If you would like to bring your pup on vacation, please do! There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, so please be sure to choose the option upon booking.

Staying at the Sanctuary was amazing! Our family really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy and so close to the beach.

First of all, we enjoyed this beautifully appointed and well-stocked home! We loved the size of the house and all the little nooks and crannies, the whole house water filter, the beautiful views and the wonderful pool. We had a great time using every level. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles. The grounds have gorgeous landscaping! We did notice that it would have been helpful to have a baby gate to block off the deck on the second level and that there needs to be additional fencing around the outdoor shower to prevent small children from leaving the pool area. There is also a need for trashcans in every bathroom. The rugs in the master bedroom need cleaning. Our shorter people needed a step stool to get into bed. The upstairs half bath sink was not user friendly for children. They were unable to wash their hands unassisted. A stool would be handy in there too. Lastly, we enjoyed the spectacular views and appeciate all the amenities that were available during the week. Thanks for a fun week in this very comfy house!
