With two living areas, spacious outdoor decks, and beach access only steps away, it's the perfect home base for families and friends.
The main living level is filled with sunshine and features an open-concept design where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together effortlessly. Large windows frame ocean views while the furnished decks invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves after a day on the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from beach snacks to family dinners, while the comfortable living room provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather.

Downstairs, you'll find a second living room featuring a streaming TV—an ideal space for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a separate place to relax.

Please Note: The lower-level living area connects to the main living level by a spiral staircase. While the levels are connected inside, most guests find it easiest to access the main living area using the exterior deck stairs.

Please also note that an exterior security camera is located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
