Very clean space, the grill and kitchen area made it easy to have nights in. Our week here has been great ! The pool was super clean and the beach access with the golf cart made it easy to enjoy! The host was very kind and communicative our whole stay, Definitely will be back !!

Lovely space! Spinnakers is very responsive to guest. I would love to see a toaster added to the space. I’d also like to have more parking space as it was a bit tight of a squeeze to get the golf cart from the porch area past our Highlander in the designated parking spot. We loved everything else about the space .

We so enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful unit in a beautiful pristine place! The golf cart makes the trip to the beach so nice. We came here for our 27th Anniversary and loved every minute we were here! We definitely recommend and encourage couples to come here. So quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the beach or from shopping and dinning. Def ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

This was the perfect find for my 2 kids & myself! Spacious & quiet, had everything we needed & was close to everything! We loved having the golf cart to drive to & from the beach! 10/10!

The Beach House is a peaceful 1 bedroom (with additional bed in hallway nook) condo in the gated community of Spinnaker's Reach. The golf cart makes zipping to the beach extremely easy, and the condo has 4 beach chairs available to use. I stayed for a long weekend and would definitely come back. I loved sitting on the covered patio with lovely wooded views. The entire unit is surrounded by trees, making it very private. The management company was proactive with communication via text. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect getaway
What a wonderful place to spend a few days by the beach! The Emerald Isle townhouse is tastefully furnished, clean, and spacious. Lots of trees behind and on side of the house, making it feel like you’re in a forest.
There is a golf cart at the house that can be used to reach the pool area parking lot, from where you can also access the beach.
Spinnaker’s Reach Realty was very responsive and takes good care of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is private and feels very secure. We greatly appreciated the kitchen and living room space. The bedroom and bathroom are both convenient and comfortable. One change I would ask the owners’ to make is updating the bedding in the main bedroom, but that is us being picky. The golf cart was wonderful to use to visit our family that was staying in the neighborhood as well. Overall, just a fantastic place to stay for a small family or couple!

Beautiful property and incredibly well-maintained. Great communication from the rental company and we’re always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them in the area for families to come to plan on coming back as soon as possibly can. Thanks for some great memories!
