Welcome to Summer Saltz! Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this newly constructed home promises a serene retreat with thoughtful details and amenities. The custom touches throughout the house reflect its purpose as a welcoming and unforgettable vacation space.

On the second floor, the living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a spacious TV, and ample comfortable seating. The kitchen, designed with the avid cook in mind, provides everything needed to whip up a memorable vacation meal. Step out through the kitchen slider to the large screened porch or enjoy seating on the sun deck. A convenient primary guest suite with a King bed is also located on this level.

As you ascend to the third level, the ambiance resembles an art gallery. Two guest suites, each with its own bath, large TVs, and King beds, offer a luxurious experience. One of the suites even features a sleeping kids cove for the little ones in the group. Upholding the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens, including comforters, are laundered between guests.

The ground level features a living room area with a sizable TV and a game table for those in the mood for competition. Access the dog run, grilling pad, and picnic tables through the sliding door, while the private pool remains completely fenced for safety. The private guest room on this level offers 2 Queen beds and direct access to the shared hall bath. The living area also provides sleeping space for 2-4 people. The laundry room, additional refrigerator, and full-service elevator are conveniently located here. If you choose to bring your pups please know there is a $150 non refundable fee per dog with a max of 2 dogs per stay.

For beach and community pool access, head to the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court, just a few minutes' walk or an even faster cart ride away.

**Please be aware that an exterior security camera is located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.**
