Living and Gathering Spaces
The top floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for bringing everyone together. Sunlight pours in through generous windows and doors that lead to a wraparound deck and a screened porch that overlooks the pool—a favorite spot for morning coffee or enjoying evening breezes.

The family-friendly kitchen is ready for anything with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to relax and reconnect after a day at the beach or by the pool, with WiFi throughout the home to keep everyone connected.

On the ground level, the fun continues in a spacious recreation room complete with a pool table, media space, and direct access to the outdoor area. There’s even a mini drink refrigerator perfect for keeping drinks cool poolside. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and an electric car charging outlet in the garage add even more convenience.
