Everything was great, stuff great. The only thing that I saw that they said it was a golf course in the garage and he wasn’t there, but other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to families. The location was fantastic, just a one-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of bedrooms and an outstanding number of bathrooms, which made getting everyone ready so much easier. The elevator was an excellent amenity, especially for luggage and beach gear, and we really appreciated the beach supplies that were provided. The kids’ rooms were a huge hit, with games and thoughtful touches that kept them entertained during downtime.

I really enjoyed staying here! Easy access to the beach and close restaurants. Very clean and responsive hosts. I would recommend staying here for a perfect beach getaway. It was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. Loved how it was a super close walk to the beach as well!!

Beautiful, well appointed house, looked exactly like the pictures. Beach is super close, just a 5 min walk. Grocery stores, ice cream shop and a few restaurants less than a 10 min walk.
The house was great, perfect for our group of 6 adults, 4 young kids and two dogs

We had an amazing stay and could not be happier with our experience. The house was great — extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The location is perfect and made everything convenient and enjoyable during our trip.
This was actually our third time staying here, and we have always enjoyed every visit. That consistency says a lot about the property and the management.
Spinnakers Reach has always been easy to work with, very responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future.

The living areas and bedrooms in the home were very functional and spacious. Bathrooms all were updated and good sized.
The kitchen appliances could use some freshening up and/or touchup, but all functioned well.
I suggest adding a Keurig to the kitchen. Some of us need something to tide us over while the coffee is brewing, or if we want a late cup of coffee.

FIVE STARS all the way. Place is beautiful, short walk to the beach. The only complaint from our family was the kitchen and living area is above the bedrooms so the grandchildrens' little feet disturbed the teenagers' beauty rest. We had a toaster that wasn't working. We texted Spinnakers before they opened at 9 and had a replacement toaster by 10! Beds were comfy, shower great, never ran out of hot water with 10 taking showers!

We booked a last minute Memorial Day trip with two families and a dog and we were lucky that this house was available. The location was perfection - close the beach access, and the beach in this area was never crowded, even on a holiday weekend. The place was stacked with games, beach gear, boogie boards, and all the things we needed. House was cozy, and decks were spacious. I think it’s safe to say our young golden retriever had the best weekend of her life too.

This house was perfect for what we needed! The place matched the description and photos, and it’s only an 8 minute walk to grocery stores/restaurants. Tons of space for multiple guests, and even had an abundance of beach items in the garage.

Sea Wolf was awesome!! It fit the description in the profile and was large enough for all eight adult guests! The house was filled with more amenities than was expected. The bedrooms were all large and had comfortable beds. The beach access was literally a two minute walk. This was our family’s fourth trip to EI and we will return again. The top floor had a great living space, kitchen, and views of the ocean. A great week. Spinnaker’s Reach was an awesome host and was quick to respond to all questions. Hopefully we can find openings at Sea Wolf in the next year!!!

It was quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. Some of the bedroom furniture (beds) could benefit from being replaced, but overall the house was nicely equipped. It worked well for our family of 9.

This was a great rental for a large group. Spinakers responded quickly to questions. The place was comfortable and spacious. The location is great. We had a couple of rainy days when we needed to stay inside. The internet kept going in and out. Not the host's fault.

This is the second time/year we stayed at this house. The location is absolutely fantastic quick beach access , close to shops and restaurants and quite neighborhood. The house is will fitted out and the hosts Spinnakers are very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay here.

The home was lovely. It has nice large rooms, plenty of space in bathrooms and closets. Very short walk to beach. Was very clean. Had many extra items that a family would need while vacationing. The staff at realty company is very thorough and accommodating. The location is walkable to many things: grocery stores, pier, shops, restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for making the home so nice.

House is perfectly located, is close very close to beach, great see view from the lounge and deck areas. We really enjoyed the house and made our vacation special. Would definitely book this house again. Beginning June is a perfect time, not to hot. We had great weather.

This home is a best kept secret! Has everything you will ever need. Even an elevator! Wow! Ocean is within walking distance. Can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful home with walking distance to the beach. Kitchen was full and very accommodating. But could definitely use updated pots and pans.

Lovely place for our group. We had 9 of us and all fit very comfortably. The beach was very close and there is a Publix in walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and cooking implements. The deck was great and we loved having the hammock. I expect we will be back in the future . Couple of notes: Noise does carry in the house so you can hear everyone moving around not a big issue but ear plugs would be helpful.
