Quail Ridge Unit #9

Second time staying here and worked great for our needs. Easy to access the main strip of stores, etc, but still a quiet, tucked away neighborhood. Beach access might be a little challenging at this place, but it suited is just fine with family having a place on the beach just down Coast Guard Rd.

This townhouse was a perfect stay for me, my husband, my brothers, and our dog! We were in town for a wedding so needed somewhere near the hotel venue. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend!

This property is a great property located in Emerald Island! The beach is a 5 - 10 minute walk and it one of the prettiest beaches in the area. The property is clean and updated, the kitchen looks to be brand new and has plenty of room. The host was very responsive and great all the way around. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful remodeled townhouse. Very safe quiet area and it's fairly close to the beach. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I have stayed here 2 times and I will be back. Just an FYI there is no swimming pool.

Great little beach hide away! 10 min jog from the beach (I Run). Clean and walking distance to an assortment of restaurants and retail shops. Could not ask for more.

It's honestly in a great location. From door to sand, it's ~.56 miles. It's a straight shot right down the road. Amazing.
The Emerald Isle area has everything. Lots of stuff to do. The location was by far one of the best parts of the venue. Bring extra TP and paper towels. Otherwise, the house has everything you need.
I gave this 5 stars because I didn't want to be picky. However, my only real complaint is the neighbor. We stayed in Unit 9. The neighbors in Unit 8 had a very aggressive dog. It made taking our dogs out uncomfortable because he would attack his own door. Please be mindful for all those with Pets!

Spinnaker’s hosts a beautiful townhome to stay in! It was ideal for our stay! We are avid beach go-ers (we are from IL, so the ocean is a treat when we get to go!) and the home is just a few blocks away from the W.O.R.A (Western Ocean Regional Access.) Parking is about $12.50 during the week and $16.50 on the weekend! There were a few concerns we had but immediately communicated to Spinnakers, and they took care of them as soon as possible! This home was ideal for 2 adult couples, with lots of space but also lots of privacy! The furniture was comfy. We would recommend bringing extra necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish/laundry soap, wash rags and towels if you plan to stay for more than 3 days (we ran out of these things & actually had to buy our own stuff to finish our 6 day stay. but atleast we have extra for at home. We also had to do laundry every day of our trip to have clean towels and wash rags, as we were only provided the minimum) We also would recommend downloading the fire tv app to use their tv in the living room, as there was no remote. The home is full of things to make your vacation easy like a washer/dryer set (it works great!), a dishwasher, and a nice hose to rinse sand off before going inside! There was a nice family style setting in the kitchen and the screened in porch was lovely. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, just would tweak a few of the things mentioned above.

Great location near the beach and affordable for 2 people to split. The company is very great communicating. On my drive there from Florida they called to tell me they had an issue with the AC but would make sure it was taken care of by the time we arrived and it was. Also had an issue with the internet and they came right away to fix it. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet area as well.

Quiet townhouse tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. The house was equipped with provisions for all of our needs. Kitchen well stocked made it easy to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! Comfortable and cozy all around!
