DESCRIPTION:
Worthy of its name! This 4th-row custom-built coastal retreat is beautifully furnished and is perfect for large family gatherings. The ground level offers a Recreation Room with a wet bar, large flat-screen TV with surround sound, Bose sound system, and foosball table. Just across the hall, you discover the large bunk room with a full bath. You will also appreciate the full-sized laundry room with a second refrigerator/freezer that is easily accessible as you leave for a beach day or are just lounging around the large, very private pool area.
The second level provides you with three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms (1Q, 2Q, 1K) each with a full bath and flat-screen TV including one that is a King Master Suite with a chaise lounge and large walk-in closet. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The third level welcomes you home with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker, a large open living room with a SMART (includes NETFLIX access) widescreen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, wet bar and, dining area. Relax in the Master Bedroom (1K) suite and bathe in a breathtaking ball and claw soaking tub.
Escape to the fourth-floor loft (sleeper sofa)/media room. By day, a great place to unwind, read a book, or just relax with the endless view and watch the sunset. By night, the perfect place to take in a movie with the family (hundreds of DVDs to choose from with a large flat-screen TV).
Enjoy the privacy of the very secluded pool with lots of poolside furniture. Dining on the deck, relaxing on the porch, or showering in one of the two outside Hot/Cold showers are all possible with the convenience of beach access via golf cart.
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 5 minute walk from Pineapple Palace or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Lovely house in a really great area of EI. House is really well equipped with a lot of attention to detail. Pool and golf cart add to the feeling of exclusivity. Defintely on our list to return to.

The house is beautiful and exactly how the pictures look 🥰. Our family had such a wonderful time. Everything was clean and ver accommodating. The pool was clean and so much fun. Plenty of towels provided also. Easy access and departure. We will definitely be back. Very close to the ocean with the convenience of the golf cart.

our stay was pleasant. we appreciated the beach toys made available to us but a beach house without beach towels was not on our radar. also child appropriate plastic drinking cups would be a helpful addition. and last of all, a tutorial on how to operate the elevator or at least a mention about the slow speed it takes to move from floor to floor. all in all, we enjoyed our stay. thank you
