All bedrooms are located on the ground level, connected internally to the 2nd floor main living space by a spiral staircase. The downstairs level includes two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one bedroom with a double and twin bed, along with two full bathrooms.

Upstairs, the main living level can be reached by the spiral staircase or by exterior stairs leading to decks on either side of the home. One deck features a propane grill, while the other offers comfortable seating and refreshing ocean breezes. Inside, the open layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and welcoming living space, plus a convenient half bath.
