Welcome to Isle in the Sun! This charming 3rd-row half duplex is conveniently located just a short stroll (0.1 miles) from the beach and community pool access.
Upon entering the home on the ground level, you'll find a powder room on the right. As you ascend to the second level, you'll discover three bedrooms. The King Suite features a private bath and a sliding glass door leading to the mid-level deck. Continuing down the hall, a room awaits with a queen bed and a double-over-double bunk, offering access to the mid-level deck through a sliding door. This room shares a hall bathroom located directly across. At the end of the hall, a room with two twin beds awaits, utilizing the shared bathroom in the hall. As part of Spinnaker's Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens, including comforters, are laundered between guests. The laundry facilities can be found on the second level, conveniently located near the hall bath.
On the top level, you'll find the kitchen and living area, complete with a powder room for your convenience. This open and cozy space is perfect for gathering and relaxation. Take pleasure in the ocean breeze on the top-level deck, accessible through a sliding door from the living room.
