Your private slice of the Crystal Coast awaits! Cassimir West is an oceanfront half-duplex offering unobstructed views of Emerald Isle’s shoreline. Nestled within the gated community of Spinnakers Reach, this retreat combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to the very best of the island. The Spinnakers Reach community pool, picnic, and play area are conveniently located just a minutes walk away.

Step inside to an open, light-filled floor plan designed for gathering. The updated kitchen makes preparing meals a joy—or skip the cooking and savor local takeout around the oversized dining table, which seats ten. After dinner, head out to the large private deck to watch the sun dip below the horizon, or follow the private boardwalk straight to the sand. A convenient outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze before heading back inside. Also on this level, a cheerful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks with trundles offers a fun, cozy space for younger guests or the young at heart.

Upstairs, choose from three inviting bedrooms: A king suite with a private oceanfront balcony, spa-like bath, and relaxing jetted tub. A second king room, also with its own private ocean-view balcony. Also included on this level is a double room with two full beds, perfect for sharing.

The ground level offers even more space to unwind. The finished garage is air-conditioned and equipped with a pool table, comfortable seating, tables and chairs, and a TV—a bonus hangout spot ideal for game nights or rainy-day fun.
