Blue Chair Stays is a spacious four-bedroom home with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom in Indian Beach. Offering 2,608 square feet across three levels, this inviting coastal retreat features beautiful Bogue Sound views, comfortable gathering spaces, expansive covered porches, and convenient access to both the beach and nearby family-friendly activities.

The ground level includes an oversized two-car garage with plenty of room for vehicles and beach gear. The driveway also provides ample parking space for guests bringing jet skis or a boat along for days on the water. A full bathroom and covered ground-level patio provide added convenience after a day spent outdoors.

The main living spaces are located on the second level, where hardwood floors flow throughout the open living, kitchen, and dining areas. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast-bar seating, or enjoy time together in the casual and formal dining spaces. A bedroom with a double bed and access to a shared bathroom is also located on this level. Covered porches at the front and rear extend the living space outdoors and provide inviting places to relax in the coastal breeze.

The third level includes three additional bedrooms and a laundry room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features an ensuite full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. Blue Chair Stays is well positioned for enjoying both the ocean and the sound. The nearby beach access is within walking distance and also offers free parking, a bathhouse, and outdoor showers, giving your group flexibility when heading to and from the beach. Within the community, a path leads toward the sound and a gazebo where guests can take in the Bogue Sound views.

For an easy family evening away from the beach, go-carts and putt-putt are also within walking distance.
