DESCRIPTION:
As you step into the foyer, you’ll feel instantly at home. The formal dining room and living area sit separately from the kitchen, yet the layout remains open, bright, and welcoming. Sky-high ceilings in the living room fill the space with natural light throughout the day, while warm décor keeps the ambiance cozy. The kitchen features upgraded appliances, ample cookware, and seating for a crowd—between the breakfast nook, dining table, and bar stools, there’s room for up to 12 guests.
The primary suite sits just off the living room, offering a spacious retreat with a king bed and a private bath. Sunlight fills the room, and the luxurious bathroom continues the sense of space with a soaking tub, standing shower, and double vanity. From here, a door leads to the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, which also connects to the main hallway for added convenience and privacy.
Up the winding staircase, an open balcony hall leads to two additional guest rooms, each furnished with a queen bed and its own private bathroom.
Descending the stairs off the kitchen brings you to the fun-filled lower level. Here you’ll find another guest room with two twin beds and a private bath, plus a recreation room equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. This level also provides access to the second refrigerator, the garage with the golf cart, and an entryway leading to the private pool deck and grilling area.
Multiple doors throughout the main level open onto the wraparound screened and open-air porches—thoughtfully furnished with tables and rocking chairs for relaxing outdoors. Parking is plentiful, with both a circular driveway and an additional driveway behind the home.

All beds are made prior to arrival with freshly laundered linens—including comforters—thanks to Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, included with every full-week stay.

Located in the beautiful, gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge, this home is less than a five-minute walk from the beach. The nearest beach access sits at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court, where you can also park the provided golf cart for a full day by the ocean.
