The ground level features a game room with a pool table and wet bar, along with two guest rooms (Queen and two Twins) and a hall bath.

On the second level, three guest rooms (Queen, two Twins, and a King Suite) and a cozy sitting area/den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa await you.

The top level boasts a guest room and a spacious great room with Living, Kitchen, and Dining Areas. The Master Suite with a King bed and private bath is just off the living area. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all linens are laundered between guests.

Enjoy decks on all levels, providing shaded and sun-filled spaces. Beach and community pool access are just a short walk away or a quick cart ride at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. Embrace relaxation and endless fun at Beach Happy!

Beach Happy is a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the sunlight, the decks and the pool! The home was also close to beach and we appreciated the complimentary golf cart. We used it explore the neighborhood and found this cute little free library where you could take and share books! I loved this so much! The only concern was the shower heads in the master bathrooms could use a replacement although they worked ok. I would prefer an option to adjust the water settings. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the floors. Other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful when I called and we really enjoyed our very first time at Emerald Isle!

Great house for big family

House is well decorated, comfortable and roomy. Has everything you need for a big family. Beach is wide and it’s a beautiful walk to the inlet. Golf Cart did not work but not an issue it’s only a 3-5 min walk to beach. Mgt said they will fix. Great weather for late December in NC! We will come back.

This is a gorgeous AirBnb in a beautiful, charming neighborhood. It has everything you need - dinnerware for dozens of people, plenty of cookware, hangers in the closets, nice dressers, a grill, and more. Plenty of great touches to make you feel cozy, safe, and ready to relax!
