Welcome to Beach Bingo East!
This direct oceanfront duplex is perfectly decorated, has endless views, and enough sleeping for all!
The kitchen, living, and dining areas are one open space complete with ocean views from every window. This living level offers comfortable seating for all; whether you are having a feast of locally caught seafood around the dining table or sitting around on the sofas watching your favorite movie.
The guest room on this level is a comfortable King filled with light and then there is also a bathroom nearby with a hallway entrance.
The next level offers 3 guest rooms with 2 full bathrooms. Two of these guest rooms are oceanfront; one is the Primary Suite complete with a King bed and private bath while the other Queen guest room shares the hall bath. The additional bedroom offers 2 comfortable twin beds with easy access to the hall bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens are laundered in between guests.
The fourth-floor loft has the always popular foosball table and a 2nd living room area... with endless top-level oceanviews! There is also additional sleeping space if needed as the sofa pulls out into a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed.
This home is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. While Beach Bingo East offers a beach walkway from the home there is also a community pool available. The pool is located less than a 3-minute walk away and is at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.

Great location on the island. The space was clean and easily accommodated our large crowd. It is a shared space, but it worked out nicely as we didn’t have neighbors.

We had an absolutely lovely vacation! The house was beautiful and included everything we needed. The direct access to the beach was great for all and especially our 77 year old grandmother. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again!

Really nice beach house! Will definitely consider this rental house again if it is available for our next stay. The home has good size and plenty of room for our family of five and can handle easily seven people if not more. The house is right on the beach which is a big plus, and has a hot tub, which we enjoyed several times. The kitchen has plenty of dishware, K cup maker, coffee maker, toaster; everything needed to cook or have a basic meal. There is a full size washer and full size dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen and living room are in an open area and on the same floor as one king master bedroom and one full bathroom. This main floor has an ocean facing deck with good space and good deck furniture. One floor up is another full bath with three bedrooms; one with two singles, another with a queen, and another with a king, and has an ocean facing porch. Another floor up (third floor) is a family room with foos ball table, pullout sofa, and another TV. The driveway and carport are all concrete and kept clean, and well lit. There is a hose to wash sand off feet upon return from the beach and an outdoor shower as well. The wooden walkway to the beach has automatic path lighting, which is a nice touch. There is an average size gas grill which we did not use. The home is adorned with multiple smart TV's, with Roku, and very fast internet with WiFi 6 capability. The home also has good cell phone coverage for Verizon should the internet go down which it did not while we were here. The community swim pool, which is the width of a little more than two lap lanes, and a little shorter than a full size pool, is right across the street and in good condition. We swam in it. Spinnakers Reach, the community in which the home is located is quiet, and easy to walk, bicycle or jog. The community is 1.5 miles down Coast Guard Road from Emerald Drive and the heart of town, where most restaurants, shops and the Publix and Food Lion grocery stores are located. The home is well maintained but built in the mid-90's and consequently, beginning to show some signs of aging, minor leaks, caulk separation, and some wood walkway panels buckling, etc. The window treatments are subpar. While low quality plastic blinds in common rooms such as living rooms or other than bedrooms are ok, having them in bedrooms speaks more of a house that serves as a rental, than a home. Two bedroom windows had curtains instead of these plastic blinds. However, both of these only serve to allow privacy, but do not limit sunlight. If you are someone that normally awakes at sunrise, this will not be an issue. In the rental, there is obvious evidence of prior renters trying to add treatment to bedroom windows, as push pins left in some of the walls above windows. Clear signs prior renters were pinning up things to mitigate sunlight intrusion.

Absolutely stunning house!! The view from every room is beautiful, the living area was perfect for my family to hangout and play games in together. The private beach access you just can’t beat. We ate at delicious restaurants with in 10 min of the house!
