The second level is made for gathering. An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space flows onto a large oceanfront deck with plenty of seating—perfect for kicking back and taking in the incredible views. Just look out the living room windows, and you’ll be greeted by the stunning Atlantic. A laundry area and full bath are located off the kitchen, along with a guest room with a queen bed.

On the third level, you’ll find three guest bedrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, private bath, and beautiful ocean views from both the bedroom and bathroom. The remaining guest rooms include a King bed and two Twin-over-Twin bunks and share a spacious hall bath. Plus, all bed linens are laundered between guests as part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach, Beach Allure West is close to it all. While Beach Allure West provides a beach walkway from the home, guests can also enjoy the community pool, just under a 5-minute walk away at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.
