Description:
Bring the whole family (four-footed kids included) to soak up the sun, sand, and sea at the oceanfront duplex Beach Allure West. This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a Hot Tub, giving everyone room to relax and recharge.

The second level is made for gathering. An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space flows onto a large oceanfront deck with plenty of seating—perfect for kicking back and taking in the incredible views. Just look out the living room windows, and you’ll be greeted by the stunning Atlantic. A laundry area and full bath are located off the kitchen, along with a guest room with a queen bed.

On the third level, you’ll find three guest bedrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, private bath, and beautiful ocean views from both the bedroom and bathroom. The remaining guest rooms include a King bed and two Twin-over-Twin bunks and share a spacious hall bath. Plus, all bed linens are laundered between guests as part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach, Beach Allure West is close to it all. While Beach Allure West provides a beach walkway from the home, guests can also enjoy the community pool, just under a 5-minute walk away at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.

Though a peg lot and a little bit longer of a walk, having oceanfront access is the best way to beach! This house is close to the community pool and has a private hot tub! This was a great stay where our dog could come too. Even though pet friendly, the house was so clean and no pet odors. The beds were comfortable. We loved it and would happily stay here again!

It’s fitting that this house was yellow because it absolutely felt like a Goldilocks House. Not to big. Not to small. Just right.
The house had everything we needed and was spotless and charming without being fussy. With thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay more comfortable. The beds were super comfy.
Perfect location just as you come on the island, set back in a quiet, beautiful gated walkable community loaded with beautiful homes and deer to look at. Beach was breathtaking and private.
I had my dog with me for this trip and there was no dog smell in the house from previous visitors, plenty of green space on the property and wooded space across the street for nature calls. The neighborhood is clearly pet friendly as well as everyone was out morning and evening walking their furry friends.
I absolutely will be back and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with beautiful views and an easy access to the beach that we enjoyed every day. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. We'd definitely love to stay here again!
