The large screened-in porch, accessible from the living room, overlooks the private pool, and there’s also a deck with a picnic table for outdoor dining. To the left of the living room, a guest room features a king bed, while the primary guest suite, located down the hall to the right, also offers a king bed and private bath. Adjacent to this suite is another guest room with two twin beds, which shares a hall bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment, and the home’s linens, including comforters, are freshly laundered between guests as part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Fresh Bed Promise.
