This charming three-bedroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway—including a private pool, complimentary golf cart, spacious living areas, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring updated appliances, a Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker. As you enter, you’ll step into an airy, inviting living room that flows seamlessly into the dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a queen bedroom with convenient access to a full bathroom. When the hallway door is closed, this space becomes a private suite. Upstairs, you’ll find two bright and comfortable guest rooms—one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Both rooms feature Smart TVs and share a centrally located full hall bathroom. The fully fenced private pool is accessible from the sunroom or the ground level, offering a refreshing retreat after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach—it’s about a 10-minute stroll away, or you can take the provided golf cart for quick and easy access. We agree that dogs deserve a vacation too! Up to two dogs are welcome, with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet.
All beds are made prior to arrival with freshly laundered linens—including comforters—thanks to Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, included with every full-week stay. This home is located in the beautiful, private, gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge. You'll find the nearest beach access at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court, where you can conveniently park your golf cart for a day by the ocean.
