DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Sail Loft! The setting of this home is truly unlike any other on Emerald Isle! There is a beautiful natural wetland behind the home which will provide hours of wildlife viewing as you enjoy the fully furnished screened porch.

As you enter the home you quickly realize that the seating space is ample and well thought out while the open kitchen and dining area are perfect for the much needed family time! The kitchen is completely equipped with all that one needs. The primary suite is located just off the living area and offers a King bed and large private bath.
As you head up to the 2nd floor you will find a landing area with a daybed and trundle and TV... perfect lounging space for the kids. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this floor both with their own private baths and furnished with a Queen and 2 Double beds. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
If bringing your pup on vacation is for you please do- there will be a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per dog, with a maximum of 2.
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 10-12 minute walk from Robinwood Cottage or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Private Beach Oasis With Pool

The house is in a secluded location off a cul de sac in a beautiful neighborhood of nice homes although it looks like a another house might be built next door. Beach is a short walk or fun golf cart ride away. Lots of birds and animals around. We and our pup enjoyed it.

Perfect beach hideaway

This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and now features a private pool in addition to a golf cart and beach gear. It\'s also pet-friendly. (Nearby Swansboro has a fenced-in dog park, by the way, and Muttigans is a great place for treats and coffee.) The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. It feels very private and secluded, but it\'s easy to walk, bike or take a golf cart to the beach, a pretty pond with lots of turtles, the community pool, and Coast Guard Road. This is the second time our family has chosen this home.

WONDERFUL!!

This place was perfect for our family - truly one of the few places I want to visit again. Very private and lots of parking. I think you should also advertise the nice half bath on the main level which is great for everyone gathered around the fireplace or large TV! Porches and pool sooo nice and the best golf cart we have seen with the rack on the top for our beach chairs.
